🪵 DevLog (Development Log)

The chronological record of the development process following the Scrum methodology.

• ADRs (Architecture Decision Records): Documentation of 30+ key architectural decisions.
• Daily Scrums: Daily logs of progress and impediments.
• Sprints: Planning and retrospectives for each sprint.
